Polyphenol composition and antioxidant capacities of peel and pulp tissues of six apricot varieties were determined. Variations in polyphenol and antioxidant capacity based on variety (early‐maturing varieties and late‐maturing varieties) and harvest maturity (green mature and full mature) were assessed. The results of principal component analysis revealed that (+)‐catechin made the most important contributions to the antioxidant capacities of the pulp. As the (+)‐catechin content in ‘Dajie’ apricot decreased by 36.8% from green mature to full mature, the antioxidant capacities determined by ABTS free radical scavenging assay, DPPH free radical scavenging assay and cupric ion reducing antioxidant capacity assay decreased by 50.0%, 45.2% and 45.8%, respectively. Levels of phenolic compounds in the apricot peels were approximately 2–4 times higher than those of the pulps. Quercetin‐3‐rutinoside may be substantially responsible for the antioxidant capacities of the peels. The late‐maturing varieties tended to have higher levels of phenolic compounds and higher antioxidant capacities than the early‐maturing varieties. Fermented milks were prepared with various culture combinations of Lactobacillus plantarum or Bifidobacterium animalis with Streptococcus thermophilus, and the impact of microbes combinations on acidification, proteolysis, lipolysis, texture, volatiles and sensory quality of fermented milk was investigated during 21-day storage at 4 °C. The results showed that products from the co-cultures displayed higher titratable acidity, more peptides, higher proteolytic activity and lipolysis capacity compared with that from the pure strains of S. thermophilus. When L. plantarum and B. animalis combined in a ratio of 2:1 with S. thermophilus, the products maintained relatively more viable cell counts of the 3 strains, strong proteolysis ability and lipolysis capacity during the storage. Milk fermented by co-cultures of the 3 strains exhibited higher cohesiveness, more volatiles and better sensory quality compared with these fermented by S. thermophilus only or in co-cultures with either B. animalis or L. plantarum based on principal component analysis. 相似文献

在混凝土高拱坝浇筑过程中,影响坝体施工期温度场及温度应力的因素有很多,因此选用适当的浇筑方案对于节约工程成本及提高坝体安全性有着重要意义。以孟底沟水电站工程为例,选用多种施工方案,并利用三维有限元方法进行仿真分析,分析了浇筑季节、浇筑层厚、间歇时间及浇筑温度等因素对坝体施工期的敏感性。结果表明,低温季节浇筑、在防止热量倒灌的前提下尽量减小浇筑层厚度、缩短间歇时间、降低浇筑温度有助于降低温度应力,提高坝体安全性。 相似文献

小冲杆试验方法以其所需测试样品尺寸小而带来的样品感生放射性小等优势,越来越多地应用于核材料力学性能评价领域。本文设计了一套利用光栅尺直接测量样品变形的小冲杆试验装置,较传统装置精度有明显提高。利用该套装置对注量为10×1019 cm-2(E≥1 MeV)快中子辐照的国产A508 3钢材料进行了小冲杆测试研究,探索了针对放射性样品从制备到测试的试验方法,并获得了国产A508 3钢材料的小冲杆屈服特征值、抗拉特征值和韧脆转变温度与标准试验之间的关系式。 相似文献

文章分析了3a马尔康国家基准气候站AG2.0型超声波蒸发传感器观测数据,结果表明:蒸发传感器遇低温结冰时段自动观测数据偏大。对1d中部分时间段内蒸发水结冰、融化以及冬季全天结冰期很短的观测数据进行了分析,分析认为数据偏大主要是因为蒸发桶和测量筒的材料物理性质以及测量的水体面积不同。最后提出了数据记录处理建议。 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a novel formulation extending convolutional neural networks (CNN) to arbitrary two-dimensional manifolds using orthogonal basis functions called Zernike polynomials. In many areas, geometric features play a key role in understanding scientific trends and phenomena, where accurate numerical quantification of geometric features is critical. Recently, CNNs have demonstrated a substantial improvement in extracting and codifying geometric features. However, the progress is mostly centred around computer vision and its applications where an inherent grid-like data representation is naturally present. In contrast, many geometry processing problems deal with curved surfaces and the application of CNNs is not trivial due to the lack of canonical grid-like representation, the absence of globally consistent orientation and the incompatible local discretizations. In this paper, we show that the Zernike polynomials allow rigourous yet practical mathematical generalization of CNNs to arbitrary surfaces. We prove that the convolution of two functions can be represented as a simple dot product between Zernike coefficients and the rotation of a convolution kernel is essentially a set of 2 × 2 rotation matrices applied to the coefficients. The key contribution of this work is in such a computationally efficient but rigorous generalization of the major CNN building blocks. 相似文献
